Danis has been involved in transactions in excess of £350m of GDV and has advised on the acquisition, feasibility, strategy, funding, operations and disposal of residential, commercial, office, PBSA, hotel and mixed-use properties. Prior founding &SQFT Real Estate, he has worked alongside London-based property investment and development companies. He holds a first-class honours degree in BSc Mathematics from the University of Bristol and MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics where he has also served as the president of the LSE Real Estate Club.
